Did you know that 40-50% of children will experience nightmares or night terrors? If you have a child who has experienced one or both, you know that these events can be very disruptive to sleep and sometimes they can be disturbing. The good news is that even if you have a child who is prone to nightmares or night terrors, there are things you can do to reduce or even eliminate these sleep disturbances. Today, Allison will help you identify which one you’re dealing with and give you tools to help reduce them.
