For this episode, Allison is joined by Kayce Hodos, a maternal mental health therapist and coach. Allison and Kayce are discussing proactive steps you can take to support a new mom’s mental health during her pregnancy and after the baby is born.

They discuss why a new mom’s mental health is just as important as her physical health, what can be done during pregnancy to prepare for a mentally healthy postpartum, the many ways new parents can find support, the role a partner can play, how to enlist friends and family to help in ways that suit the new mom the best, and much more.
