Oh the dreaded 4 month sleep regression. Or, as Allison prefers to call it, the 4 month sleep PROgression. While this can be a very challenging time for parents, it’s also a sign of good things to come.

Today, Allison shares a slight perspective shift that she thinks will make all the difference to how you approach what can be a tricky time. She’ll also share how you can set your baby up to avoid this infamous sleep regression and share some things to keep in mind if your baby’s sleep does start to deteriorate during this period.
